Designed by KANJOLIYA Laboratory Box Compression Tester is a heavy duty tester designed to determine the ability of corrugated or solid fiber shipping containers to resist external compressive forces during transit & storage.
Box Compression tester also serves as a useful index of overall quality of the material and workmanship of the box. Box Compression tested by Quality Control passed. A recording device is incorporated to indicate the force and deformation required to compress the container between two flat platens.

Designed by KANJOLIYA Laboratory Rub/Scuff Tester (Printing Ink Tester) measures resistance to rubbing or printed paper or board. It can also be used to measure color transfer from printed or coated material during rubbing. It measures rub of printed paper, printed layer, carton package & board by applied contract pressure. Rub proofness It evaluates the extent of color transfer from printed or coated material due to rubbing-a condition which handling and shipment of packaged goods. The Rub profness tester consistes of two discs Pressure between the disc being determined by a dead load applied to the upper disc both rotate the same speed. Two contact disc rotate in contact at a same angular speed, giving constant relative velocity all points of the disc. Rubbing with standard dead weight (LBS) for ink inmpression, reliable and accurate results.
