- Managing Director himself is B.E (Mechanical) Degree Holder with wide experience of 32 years in designing of gear boxes & allied equipments.
- Director and supervisors are also technical graduates with experience in design of product.
- Engineers are graduates with Diploma Courses of Computer software.

References : Our Design is based on AGMA Standards. Accordingly strength calculations are done and counter checked.
Hand Books : We have number of hand books on Gear Design, Electric Motors, Steel, and Copper etc. (over 20 handbooks)
