He got trained in Maruni Mokko-Hiroshima -Japan during 1978-1980 in : 1.Furniture Designing, 2.Carpentry +Traditional Joinery, 3.Selection /Grading of Round Wood Logs, 4.Milling of Round Wood Logs into Crown-Quarter-Rift cuts, 5.Selection/Grading of Rough Sawn Sizes, 6.Drying of Graded Timber Sizes to required moisture content using the right Kilning Schedules , 7.Machining-Shaping, 8.Paint-Lacquer-Oil Finishes in CNC mass production lines, 9.Sea worthy Packing. We develop cost effective product designs required by Clients/Market and submit detailed Production Drawings with required standards and specifications, suitable for the high humid tropical climates, where it is going to be exposed. We do assist our Clients in outsourcing the said wood products from Passionate Manufactures with mass production facilities, based in various timber producing countries.
