CQB-F fluorine plastic magnetic pump is a new product developed by our company with foreign advanced technology. The material (polyvinylidene fluoride /PVDF) is currently the world's excellent corrosion resistant material. CQB-F fluorine plastic magnetic pump is made of steel or cast iron lined with polyvinylidene fluoride/PVDF fluorine plastic. The pump produced by this material has a wide range of use, corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, no aging, no toxin decomposition and other advantages.
Fluorine plastic magnetic pump design not only has ordinary magnetic pump compact structure, beautiful shape, small volume, low noisy, reliable operation, etc, and its flow components are all made of the corrosion resistance of good in the world "plastics king" (fluorine plastic) manufacturing, isolation of the use of special materials, mechanical properties with high strength, eliminate the magnetic eddy current of common magnetic pump existence. Therefore, fluoroplastic magnetic pump can transport any concentration (strength) of acid, alkali, oxidant and other corrosive media without damage. CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic pump has unique design, no mechanical shaft seal, absolutely no leakage, liquid flow components use fluoroplastic, ceramic, fluorine rubber and other materials, the pump body shell is fixed with metal materials, so the pump body is enough to support the weight of the pipe, use and maintenance and for convenience.
The driving device adopts the active magnet coupling installed directly on the motor shaft, the pump room is completely closed, and the impeller with magnet on the pump shaft is driven indirectly through magnetic coupling with compact rotating structure, safe and energy-saving. The solid and durable pump body structure, although the liquid contact part is fluoroplastic, the pump shell is metal material, so the pump body is able to withstand the weight of the pipe and withstand mechanical impact. Fluoroplastic magnetic pump consists of pump, magnetic drive and motor. The key components of magnetic drive are outer magnetic rotor, inner magnetic rotor and non-magnetic isolation sleeve. When the motor drives the outer magnetic rotor to rotate, the magnetic field can penetrate the air gap and non-magnetic substances, drive the inner magnetic rotor connected with the impeller to rotate synchronously, realize the non-contact transmission of power, and convert the dynamic seal into static seal. The pump shaft and inner magnetic rotor are completely closed by the pump body and isolation sleeve, thus completely solving the problem of "running, running, dripping and leaking", eliminating the potential safety hazards of inflammable, explosive, toxic and harmful media in oil refining and chemical industry through the pump seal leakage, effectively ensuring the physical and mental health of workers and safe production.
