Rectangular High Pressure Horizontal Sterilizer KI 174 (C)

Triple walled, Outer body, Inner Chamber and jacket made of SS 304/316 sheet . The unit is mounted on a sturdy tubular stand. Lid is made of thick SS plate provided with radial locking system, gaskets of Neoprene rubber and fitted with SELF LOCKING SAFETY LOCK. Sterilizer is hydraulically tested upto 40 PSI & Working pressure is adjustable from 10 PSI to 20 PSI 1 PSI at any selected point with Automatic Pressure Switch. Sterilizer is fitted with Steam release valve, spring loaded safety valve, pressure gauge, Low water level cut off device, Automatic vacuum breaker, Dial/Digital thermometer and MULTIPORT VALVE for easy operation of the sterilizer.

Steam is generated in a separate boiler made of SS placed at the bottom of the autoclave fitted with easily replaceable heating elements, water level indicator, drain cock, cord & plug suitable to operate on single phase 440 Volts, 50 cycle AC supply.

1. The system is microprocessor based. The microprocessor displays the inflow and down flow air velocities in real time on an LCD display.

2. Motor automatically adjust the air flow speed to ensure continuous safe working condition. Air flow as per requirements of Bio safety regulations in respect of atleast BSC II A level cabinet.

3. Noise level less than 65 decibel.

4. The interior of the cabinet of SS.

5. Efficiency of HEPA filter is almost 99.97%.

6. The Bio safety cabinet is fitted with a pressure sensor to detect pressure drop across the supply filter.

Humidity :
1. In the model the KI 220 the humidity is controlled by significant humidistat
2. It has a range between 0% to 100%
3. The humidity inside the chamber can be obtained from Atmospheric Humidity to 95% 3%

Temperature :
1. In the chamber the temperature is controlled by a Thermostat from 5 Deg. C above ambient to 60 Deg. C1 Deg.
2. Further, C Uniformity in temperature and humidity throughout the chamber can be attained by the Forced Air Circulation generated inside the chamber.
