We have designed and developed Twin Shaft Dispersers. These are ideal for pre-mixing and dispersing semi and high viscous material. Available in customized finishes, these are designed for  easy installation and low maintenance.  Used basically for mixing of highly viscous material, our twin shaft dispersor machine consists of two agitator shaft hence it is called as twin shaft disperser, one operates at high speed and another slow speed. These dispersers are stringently checked in order to check their compliance with the international quality standards. We can also offer these dispersers in customized finishes. This machine has solid potential of mixing various paste type consistency materials like Water based emulsion paints both interior and exterior with medium to high viscosities. Initially water is charged in the machine from the top lid port provision and then the materials are charged for mixing. The Anchor center blade run by a geared motor is allowed to mix the chemicals thoroughly, then the first cowbell blade is allowed to run, and then the second cowbell blade is allowed to run. Both the blades are at different heights. Jacket is provided for cooling or heating depending on process conditions. The total energy consumed is much lower than any other machine. The discharge is from the center of the dished bottom end. Safety grid for charging the powders is provided on the top lid. The complete SS shell is buffed with mirror finish from inside. The machine has to be mounted on a mezzanine floor or on the slab allowing the discharge area clear for filling the mixed material. SALIENT FEATURES:   This machine has three individual shafts anchor blade and two separate high speed shafts fitted with cowbell blades for excellent mixing The water is charged in the machine and allowed to mix with the chemicals like pigments etc with the anchor type blade mixing the chemicals thoroughly. The cowbell blade is then operated which helps in the dispersion of the pigments easily. The cowbell blades are at different heights enabling to save energy The mixing and dispersion is excellent due to three blades running continuously and lot of energy is saved since you operate the anchor blade first and then the first cowbell blade and then the other cowbell blade works then continuously all the blades operate The material is easily discharged from the bottom SS jacket with baffles are provided for cooling or heating for different processing techniques. We have designed and developed Triple Roll Mills for industries involved in production of fine grinding of pastes. This includes water based and solvent based screen inks, metal decoration inks, web offset inks and others that can be available with best consistency  The three rolls used are of very high BHN with water cooling area provided from inside and connected to the water cooling system. The shafts with the rolls are grounded on grinding machines and zero to zero gap is maintained between the rolls. In mechanical triple roll mills the rolls can be moved by mechanical hand wheels. The pre dispersed paste made in sigma kneader mixer/planetary mixer / Twin Shaft Disperser is fed on the feeding roll of the triple roll mill and this material is passed onto the center roll and then on the discharge roll. The speeds of all the rolls are different. The material is collected on the scraper and then taken out for packing. The hydraulic models are very easy to operate as compared to the mechanical models. The pump has to be operated just for few seconds thus you save lot of energy in the machine. Complete panel is also provided with the machine. The machine is covered with the mild steel plates or stainless steel plates buffed with mirror finish. Foundation base is sturdy. Bead Mills are made in SS 304 or SS 316 construction with jacket of mild steel for water cooling. The pigments, resin and other parts of the material to be processed like enamel paints, coatings, automotive paints, flexo and gravure inks are fed in the machine. The center shaft with the discs rotates at around 300 RPM and material is allowed to mix and grind properly. Once the parameters are achieved the material can be easily discharged from the ball valve given at the bottom end. The speed of the machine can be varied by putting an AC frequency drive. All the electrical parts are built in the machine. Available in flameproof and non-flameproof models also special model with steatite lined Shell. Planetary Mixers consists of 2 blades mixing around its axis throughout the shell given with the machine. Different formulation thick paste like offset inks, sealants and construction chemicals etc. can be easily mixed in this machine. Once your material is pre mixed properly then you can discharge material out for further processing like offset inks can be taken on the triple roll mill for grinding. This machine you can keep many tubs so that different colors can be easily pre mixed.
