level of protection when moving wrapped sterilized equipment from

Anatomic and orthopedic ANNO clogs have been designed with

comfort in mind. When wearing these shoes (in comparison to

standing barefeet) there is a 60% reduction in the overall muscle

effort. Inside the shoes, circulation nubs massage the soles of

the feet and lateral air portals keep feet cool and dry, protecting

the feet against liquid spills. ANNO clogs reduce fatigue and provide

relief from the pressure over the feet. Reinforced toe and heel

protection allow these shoes to meet workplace standards (ANR). A

special design on the soles ensure their excellent non-skid

Amcor offers a comprehensive line of sterilization reels and

pouches for medical devices. BOP Flat Reel & Pouches provide

an ecnomical, high performance package option for steam and EO

sterilization applications in the hospital environment.

The BOP Flat Reel & Pouches provide an effective microbial

barrier while guaranteeing the effective flow of the sterilizing

agent. A peel-off system provides aseptic conditions on opening.

Amcors medical paper was specially developed to meet the requirements of steam sterilization. BOP

2 2 has a 60g/m paper surface, which is performance-equivalent to 70g/m paper in terms of resistance

2 and barrier. The reinforced 60g/m paper combined with a shatterless film resistance to tearing offer

flexible packaging, easy opening and incomparable performance.

SteriUNO has developed a wide range of knitting wipers

based on its textile expertise. SteriUNO POTA is made of a

specialized circular knit fabric which gives the wiper a very

soft feel and ultra-high absorbency. The thermally welded

design controls the release of particles and fibers very

efficiently. Made of 100% polyester texturing yarn, the

SteriUNO POTA offers low particle count, low extractable

ions, solvent compatibility, high strength and excellent wiping

efficiency.

The Seal Check med testing system is for the routine testing of the

sealing seam as well as to carry out an Operational Qualification (OQ)

and Performance Qualification (PQ) during the validation process. The

Seal Check med (paper/film pouches and reels) makes deviations

visible in the indicator field of the Seal Check. Hawo sealing devices

with hawo Intelligent Scan automatically activate the test-mode by

scanning the on printed barcodes.

Multiple SS Bucket Cleaning System

SteriUNO Multiple SS Bucket Cleaning System is composed of

a stainless steel cart with a wringer and 2 or 3 SS buckets.

Lightweight and easy to handle, This multi-bucket system

autoclavable. For maximum flexibility, this cart can be used

with two or three 27-Liter buckets depending on the

Features

The process indicator tape is designed to seal packs that are

exposed to steam sterilization. The tape distinguishes between

items processed and unprocessed in both gravity discharge and prevacuum

steam sterilization processes.

Designed for use in gravity sterilizers operating at 121C for 30 minutes or pre-vacuum sterilizers operating

at 132C for 4 minutes and 135C for 3 minutes.

Easy-to-handle, adheres on contact and stays in place through live steam pressure. After use, the tape

removes quickly and completely.

Made of a saturated crepe paper printed with a lead-free ink, the green indicator lines turn black once

exposed to steam process. It is coated with a synthetic elastomer adhesive.

SteriUNO Cleanroom Pens are the preferred writing instrument

in cleanroom and static sensitive area. These cleanroom pens

are produced with low-sodium ink and designed with a special

poly barrel to limit particle generation.

SteriUNO Sticky Mats are produced using the most advanced

technology for adhesive-coated contamination control mats.

These mats were developed to meet the stringent cleanroom

particulate specifications. SteriUNO Sticky Mats are ideal

for use in entry ways and traffic areas where particle

contamination needs to be controlled. Each mat is composed

of multiple layers of polyethylene films coated with custom

high tack adhesive which then are laminated together into a

stack. When the top layer becomes sufficiently soiled, it

The InkTest is a new generation of ink tests for the routine testing of

sealing seams as per ISO 11607-1 and ASTM F1929. Any irregularities

that occur (e.g. channels) become visible immediately after the

single-use cartridge is printed on. No pipettes or other tools are

needed to fill it. There is no danger of the test liquid dripping or

transferring onto other objects.

SteriUNO NW70 is a high quality nonwoven wiper. This

nonwoven cloth is made of a blend of 55% cellulose and 45%

polyester processed using our unique air spunlace technology

which eliminates the need for binders. Besides having no

binders, only a low level of extractable ions can be detected.

SteriUNO NW70 Wipers are soft, fine and clean. With its high

absorbency it can quickly absorb a great amount of solvents,

oils and aqueous spills. SteriUNO NW70 meets the

requirements of 1000 to 10000 (ISO 6-7).

The InkTest Plus is a classic dye penetration test for detection of

micro-leaks in porous medical packaging, according to EN ISO 11607

1, Appendix B (ASTM F1929). The InkTest Plus, red dye, allows the

seal control on polyolefin preformed Sterile Barrier Systems like

ULTRA .

Face Mask

This facemask is made up of 2 or 3 layers of spunbond polypropylene

(SBPP) which has soft layers that prevents skin irritation or allergy

problems. Available at 18, 21 and 23cm tall and as wide as 25cm to

Bionova BT23 Biological Indicator has been designed for

monitoring steam sterilization processes at temperatures

between 121 C and 134 C. The device consists of a glass

ampoule containing spores of the non-pathogenic

microorganism Geobacillus stearothermophilus ATCC 7953.

The culture medium has been specifically designed to change

its color when microbial growth occurs.

The spore population contained in the biological indicator is

killed after an efficient steam sterilization cycle. At lower

temperatures or lower exposure times, some spores may

survive and thus might be capable of growing. This growth can

be detected by the indicator medium which turns from violet to

yellow after 48 hours of incubation @ 60 C. Conversely, if the

sterilization process has been effective, there is no microbial

growth and the ampoule medium maintains its original color.
