A medium spicy version of the traditional Chinese recipe, loaded with garlic and three types of chillies. Use as a dipping sauce or add to any Chinese dish.

Our original pasta sauce made to an Italian grandmas recipe and spiked with added flavour to suit the Indian palate. We reduce the tomatoes until it is deliciously thick and add hot red peppers for that extra spice.
