Maida is a white flour from the Indian subcontinent , made from wheat . Finely milled without any bran , refined, and bleached, it closely resembles cake flour . Maida is used extensively for making fast foods , baked goods such as pastries, bread , several varieties of sweets, and traditional flatbreads. Owing to this wide variety of uses, it is sometimes labeled and marketed as "all-purpose flour", though it is different from all-purpose flour .
Atta or chakki atta is a wholemeal wheat flour , originating from the Indian subcontinent , used to make flatbreads such as chapati , roti , naan , paratha and puri . It is the most widespread flour in the Indian subcontinent.
IR 64 is a long grain Non-Basmati Rice , grown in the Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka & Andhra Pradesh region of India. It is very economical low-cost rice & comes with an average grain length of 6 MM – 6.1 MM. IR64 rice has a pleasant aroma and largely exported to West Africa, South Africa, East Africa and Bangladesh. The elongation ratio of the grain is 1.5 times if cooked well. It is available in Raw/ white & Sella/ Parboiled rice forms.

In Telugu , Sona Masuri rice is called Bangaru Theegalu (meaning Golden Ivy). It is lightweight and aromatic. This premium variety of rice is mainly exported to USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Middle East countries such as Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Qatar.
