Z-47 Articulated wire band (Oven Wire band) is the most widely used oven wire band. It is made using Mild Steel or Stainless Steel wire coils meshed into one another Lamination of the obtained weave gives a perfectly flat surface that allows free air circulation for rapid drying & Backing. Since the coils articulate into one another, Z-47 Band has greater longitudinal flexibility to enable the band to follow the oven roller & tensioned surfaces.

Material available Mild Steel, Stainless Steel (All Grades), G.I, Carbon steel

Applications: Baking, load carrying

Wire band cleaning or Wire brush is used for cleaning the carbon accumulated in the wire band after baking. Usually used for cleaning Z-47 Articulated wire band.

Sizes required: OD, ID and Key way and the wire gauge.

These type of purpose driven belts are specifically designed to withstand great load and heat.

It is the only wire mesh type with the most load carrying abilities.

Can be made in SS (ALL GRADES), MS, GI and Carbon steel
