Established in the year 1965, under the headship of the CEO, Mr. Digvijaya, KUNDAN LAL AND SONS has been working with a commitment of providing precision engineered components to different sectors. Initially started as a company that catered to the sewing machine industry in Ludhiana, we started dealing in two/three wheel sprockets in 1984. Currently we are successfully dealing in a wider range of components with the management consisting of key persons including Shri Kapil Gupta (B.E. Mechanical) who was earlier associated with L & T, Mumbai and Shri Gautam Goyal, (B.E Mechanical & MBA Finance) who had a one year stint with Thermax, Pune.
Infrastructure :-
With a state-of-the-art facility spread over 12000 sq ft our manufacturing facility is able to churn out components with a capacity of 1.5 lakh per month. Equipped with high-end machinery and tools, the infrastructure is also aided with in-house testing and tool facilities that enable us to function using the highest level of technology.
Machinery at our Plant Includes:-
Mechanical & Hydraulic Blanking Presses up to 400 tonne capacity.
Imported and Indigenous CNC Turning Centres.
Special purpose Auto Cycle Turning Centers.
Imported Gear, Sprockets & Spline NC Hobbing Machines.
Multi Spindle Drilling Machines.
Hydraulic Broaching Machines.
Automatic Tapping Machines.
Shot Blasting Machine.
In-house Tool Room facility equipped with Lathes, VMC, HMC, Surface Grinding, Internal and External Cylindrical Grinders and Tool and Cutter Grinders.
Hardness Testing Machine, Profile Projector, Microscope, Run Out Tester etc.
Quality Assurance:-
Quality is tested on several parameters to ensure that clients get the promised features in the components delivered by us.
Separate QC department.
In line and final product inspection.
Display of charts and drawings at various workstations and machines.
Collection/Assimilation of data on daily basis.
Process calibration/ equipment setting using past data and statistical tools.
Strict adherence to customer drawings and needs.
In addition, we have a fully equipped Testing Facility that boasts of latest instruments used for the following :-
Heat treatment checking.
Runout checking.
Profile checking.
