SBM 4300 Straping Machine:

The Signode SBM 4300 is an automatic, operator controlled strapping machine that is arguably the simplest machine to use and maintain currently available. The strap dispenser on this model is located on the outside of the unit for very easy strap coil reloading and access.
With far fewer components, compared to previous models, plus industry leading features that increase productivity and reduce downtime, SBM 4300 creates the opportunity for production throughputs of up to 70 straps per minute!
By eliminating the use of drive belts drive chains and clutches, wear parts have been significantly reduced on the SBM 4300, creating a machine that combines ease of operation with low cost of ownership.

Signode India high performance, machine grade stretch films provide both high strength and high stretch. They're specially manufactured to stretch up to 300%, depending on the gauge. This enables more pallet loads per roll to be wrapped, using less film, resulting in the lowest cost per load. With high performance film, the more it is stretched, the more the film recovers to hold loads tight and prevent product damage. To ensure optimum film performance, Signode high performance film should be applied at high prestretch levels by Signode power prestretch equipment. Our machine grade film line consists of one-sided, two-sided, differential cling and ultraviolet inhibiting cast and blown films.

Blown Films
Blown stretch film provides greater tear resistance, tension retention and scuff resistance than cast film, making it ideal for heavy industrial loads, irregular loads and loads with sharp corners.
Cast Films
Cast film provides better clarity and gloss, and quieter film unwind than blown films. These characteristics make cast film a good choice for cube shaped loads, and loads that are used for display purposes.

Octopus Compact is the first of a new generation of stretch wrapping machines that can offer ring wrapping technology for semi-automatic use or where low capacity automation is best suited. The Octopus Compact has the price level of rotating arm and turntable machines, whilst offering the lowest possible consumable and maintenance costs. Octopus Compact is an ideal solution for unstable pallet loads with production capacity up to 35 pallets/hour. The machine is equipped with an automatic Tail Tucker system, which inserts the film tail under the previous film layer in the end of the wrapping cycle. The ergonomic design ensures an optimum working position and facilitates easy strap-coil reloading. Signode India's PSF is a power strap feeder specially designed to apply straps quickly and efficiently around palletized or other large packs. Manual strapping of large, or palletized loads, is labour intensive and extremely time consuming. In some instances it can place operatives in a hazardous position and often, to overcome this, two operatives are required to complete the procedure.

Signode India's PSF provides a much faster and more efficient alternative to manual strapping. Only one operator is required with Signode India PSF, which also acts as a workstation, enabling all packaging operations to be completed in a safe and ergonomic position - literally at the touch of a button!
