We are offering horizontal laminar air flow cabinet. laminar flow principle involves double filtration of air through coarse pre-filter (up to 5 microns) and hepa filter (down to 0.3 microns) for filtration of biological and particulate contaminants. A constant unidirectional air flow is drawn from atmosphere and passed through pre and hepa filters on the work surface. Fabricated out of reinforced ply board which is clad in from out side in laminated sheet and inner exposed areas are finished in epoxy paint. Table top covered with non glaring laminated sheet or stainless steel sheet. Side panels are fixed and are made out of transparent acrylic sheet. The front door is folding type and made of thick acrylic sheet. (optional) stand is built in type or detachable. Blower unit has aue or equivalent motor and is dynamically balanced with minimal sound & vibration level. Fluorescent lighting is also provided. A suitable uv tube is provided for sterilization. An acrylic block type manometer to measure static pressure in the chamber has been installed. Two way gas tap for gas line has also been provided.

The furnace can run continuously at 1150 c, trouble free. The furnace is quick heating type, light in weight, table mounting type, compact, elegant in design. Outer painted in epoxy powder coating. The hinged type swing door insulated with ceramic fibre to avoid heat losses from the door. We are offering laboratory oven. Our laboratory ovens are double walled convection heated units. Outer body of our hot air oven are constructed out of thick pcrc sheet duly pre-treated with primers and rust proofing and painted with long lasting stove enamel or elegantly powder coated. The inner chamber is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of ss-304 grade. The gap between the walls is filled high grade mineral glass wool, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency in our laboratory ovensthe unit is mounted on a sturdy steel frame and provided with castor wheels (large sized models only) for easy movement inside the laboratory. The unit is provided with one to three stainless steel shelves (as per the inner size). heating:indirect three side heating system is provided in our units, comprising of air heaters made of high grade kanthal a-1 wires of suitable wattage. the warm air is evenly distributed throughout the chamber through efficient motor fans ensuring a very good temperature sensitivity. Temperature range:temperature range of our standard laboratory oven models are 5o c above ambient temperature to 200 c. however we have the capacity to modify the same to suit the individual specialized requirements of our customers. Temperature sensitivity:temperature inside our hot air ovens are controlled with a sensitivity of + 1 c or better.
