Flexible dies, a revolutionary product for cutting, creasing, perforating and embossing in the printing and packaging industry. All these processes can be done inline in a single pass, which ensures tremendous efforts and time saving. We also manufacture chrome plated and laser hardened flexible-dies for very long runs. Cutting, Creasing, perforating and embossing can be done inline while printing. No additional machine or technical amendments required on your machines. The flexible dies are fixed/ positioned on the magnetic cylinders or on PVC carriers to achieve the optimum results. Both kiss cut and cut through can be done for label and all kind of applications. We also manufacture high quality cutting, creasing and perforating rules for the printing and packaging industry (Both for flat bed and offset presses.)

Due to the unique design of the patented stripping claws in the upper tool and the specially designed apertures in the lower tool, waste scrap is pierced by the claws and forced through the lower tool and the scrap will release and drop. These special elements eliminate the need of bottom pins on most jobs. Features: The lower tool has a smooth sealed surface, enabling better passage of the sheet through the stripping section of the press. Precise bevelling of all critical parts, above and below the lower tool. Critical vaccum holes in the upper tool. Exact centering of the upper and lower tools for a quick set-up, on press or in pre-make ready. If required on difficult set-ups, the stripping tool will work in conjunction with bottom pins. Advantages: Better productivity on press, due to improved stripping action from patented stripping pins without sacrificing press speeds or carton quality. With most jobs not requiring bottom pins, make-ready time is saved by no need to stop the press. Accuracy- The upper and lower tools are produced in such a method that, registration is ensured with precise laser cut contours that mirror the waste scraps in the sheet to be die cut.

Elastmere or Aluminium Female Braille block can be fixed and positioned with any Flat die and the Steel male block is positioned over the steel counter plate for the perfect registration. Diehard Dies makes one of the top quality brallie dies in the industry.

We make mpower cutting die, based on the mpower cutting rule, supplemented by the advanced tool technology with special rule processing. It is capable of absorbing far greater pressure than conventional rules. Features Laser cut to assure the same accuracy of each cavity ("+.005"), independent on the ups die might have. Hot-Stamp Foiling / Embossing Dies Magnesium Dies: Flat magnesium dies are chemically etched, very economical and versatile, ideal for short runs and are used for printing and hot foil stamping. Available thicknesses: 1mm / 2mm / 3mm / 4mm / 5mm / 6.35mm / 7mm. Copper Dies: Copper dies are also chemically etched, excellent for fine details, extremely hard and provide very sharp edges. Ideal for blind embossing and very long runs.  Available thicknesses: 4mm / 5mm / 6mm / 7mm. Textured Dies: For special effects different texture dies can also be manufactured, resulting embossing, foiling, texturing in a single pass. Any given pattern or a combination of multi textures can also be transferred on the die. Brass Dies: Brass dies are being engraved with our modern CNC machines. Environmentally clean because no chemicals are involved. Precisely defined edges and shoulders. Extremely durable for long runs. Ideal for holographic foils (both wall paper and security holograms). Good heat transfer properties, ideal for embossing and textured dies.  Available thickness: 4mm / 5mm / 6mm / 7mm. Multi-Layer Combination Dies: These are produced by highly sophisticated German CNC machines to get the three dimensional image, produced mainly on brass for high details and very precise edges. Both male (Counter force) and female dies give perfect registration and low make ready time. Counter Forces Dies: We also provide counter (male) dies for the embossing and multi-layer dies. These ensure that all recess images get a consistent finish and perfect registration. Counter forces (dies) can be delivered for different machines for different thicknesses.  Available Thickness: 0.2mm / 0.4mm / 0.7mm / 1.0mm / 1.5mm.
