These valves are Manual Operated valves to regulate the flow anywhere from full open to fully closed. These are designed specifically to accurately control the process. Improved sealing devices and highly accurate machining of the stem have provided tight shutoff as well as characterizable control. The design of the regulating element, which allows the stem to turn into the flow without any significant side loads. The interior passageways of a regulating valve are designed to handle pressure differential.

This machine is made of SS304 type stainless steel. It conveys the cutting vegetables into the vegetable washer with food-grade rubber of PP net-belt. This is our specific designed machine for washing vegetables. Its principle is: by the stirring power produced by air flow and water flow, that machine can wash vegetables completely. Inject water inside the washing case before operation. Therere many air pipe under the machine. The air bubble jumps into water from the pump, which forms waves to wash vegetables.
Therere also some spraying pipes on the machine to wash once again the vegetables from wager case. According to the users requirement, we can add the ozone sterilization, blanching, cooling and other functions.
