Precision Deep Drawn Services:We Produce extremely high quality Precision components having long lengths and small diameters with very tight tolerances from aluminum, brass, copper, stainless steel, cold roll steel, tin plate and a number of precious metal alloy. The ratio of diameter to is drawn height of 8:1 can be achieved from stainless steel and it's 20:1 for other alloys. A mirrored finish can be obtained utilizing nickel or chrome plate line. And the other finish available are buffing/polishing and high performance powder coating with various color options.
