Blade: High carbon high chromium four edged Blades are provided for burr free qulity cutting of the material.   Driving Pedal : Designed from mild steed with proper weight and funcation easily as it is spring loaded.The treadle swings with two separate ground steel pin fitted on the frames.Cutting thrust is passed on to the treadle is absorbed by a thrust bearing.   Gauge : Gauge is designed to abjust accurately and easy cutting in table & front side.   System : Machine frames with wide machined base give better rigidity. The central Position of the treadle, proper weight of the treadle, proper weight of the ram and spring tension obtain balanced working mechanism. so man operate it easily, conveniently and safely. Also machine designed with blade height adjustment facility, froof blade clearance setting facility, tangential cutting method for burr-free-cutting and higher leverage in treadle design obtain higher thickness cutting capacity.   Standard Accessories : Side gauge, front gauge, table extension & oil cans.   Care & Maintenance : Just a little preventive care on your part can save youa great deal of time and money over the maintenance. (1) Clen the machine properly after usage. (2) Use appropriate lubricating oil lubricationg the machine. (3) Cheack for all bolts and nuts every week if they are loosen please tight them.
