Libratherm offers model THP-300X, micro-controller based (T + Rh + DP) Indicator cumTransmitter with 1 high digital display for long distance visibility and 4-20mA retransmissionoutputs for T, Rh and DP each. These instruments are specially designed for monitoring andreal time data logging of clean room environment conditions. Models are also availablewithout data logging facility i.e. without real time clock and built in memory.Digital interface such as RS-485 or Ethernet are integrated in the hardware to communicatewith PC or PLC or HMI. All three types of indicators have built in memory and real time clockto store the T+RH+DP values at regular and programmable time interval. The stored data canbe downloaded onto the computer via RS485 or LAN connection. Libratherm offers Windowbased PC software to monitor and store the data in continuous or batch format for on line oroff line viewing and analysis in tabular or graphical format. The software allows user toprepare the batch report with desired fields such as product name, batch name, customername etc. The THP series has built in flash memory to store real time 20000+ records.

Soak Programmable Temperature

Libratherm offers Microcontroller based multiple Ramp Soak programmable PID temperature controllerModel PRC-489 which is designed to improve reliability, accuracy and control for all temperature controlapplications. It features Ramp and Soak functions (the capability to control the temperature and its rate ofchange over a predetermined time span). Single pattern of total 16 (rampsoak) steps can be programmedand stored in the memory. It can also be used as single set point control when the rampsoak profile control isnot desired. Inputs can be Thermocouple, IR Thermocouple, RTD Temperature Sensors, Voltage, CurrentSignals etc.PRC-489 offers both switching outputs in the form of SSR driverTriac (AC SSR) for external SSR or externalload contactor and analog output in the form of (4-20) mA or (0-5) volt control signal, which can be used tocontrol heater power through Thyristor power regulator (for electrical heating system) or to control theposition of a modulating motor valve (for oil or gas fired heating systems). The analog outputs can be directlyconnected to Libratherm make single phase three phase SCR phase angle or zero cross over fired powercontroller which is ideally suitable for both resistive and inductive heating loads.
