We are one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of ‘De-scaling High Pressure Pumps’. In steel rolling industries, to produce top quality hot rolled products, hydro mechanical de-scaling is essential. The de-scaling is done by water at high pressure of 200 – 400 bar.

In most modern de-scaling systems, it is not advisable to recycle the de-scale water as it encounters problems due to accumulation of residual like iron oxide particles. Even with the best filtration systems, some of the residual remains in the process water. This will be a challenge for conventional high pressure pumps, subject to their packing significant wear.
