The unique design of the Microgel RCM series includes a high performance refrigeration system and precision temperature control unit one compact space-saving cabinet. The RCD series takes that concept one step further, by incorporating two independent zones of temperature control. Each zone can be operated at any temperature from 32 F to 194 F(0 to 90 C) for optimum flexibility and convenience. Optional mold drain kits are available to evacuate molds without damaging compressed air or expensive reversing pumps.
RCM series available in capacities from 1.3 to 60.4 tons(3, 8 to 212 kW). RCD Capacity range is 2.5 to 30.2 tons (from 8, 8 to 106 kW).
RAM And RAD series Microgel units are the same as the RCM/RCD Series, Except that they are air cooled stand-alone units. This series is available in cpacities from 1.4 to 4.4. tons (5, 3 to 17, 2 KW), single or dual configuration.
RCP series Microgel single zone water cooled chillers are specifically designed for processes requiring large flow rates and high pressures. Typical applications include Pet preform molding, large part or high speed blow molding, high speed cavity injection molding and any other process requiring large amounts of cooling water at elevated pressures. Operating range is from 45 F to 86 F (From 7 C to 30 C) (without glycol).

Microgel RCX series chillers are designed for use with cooling tanks that are open to atmosphere, typically plastic pipe/profile extrusion troughs. They are identical to the RCM series, but are equipped with isolation heat exchangers and integral cooling bath recirculation pumps. Capacities vary from 2.8 to 33.6 tons (from 9.8 to 118 kW).
