  The plastic film agglomerator is mainly used for cutting and recycling all kinds of plastic film materials like HDPE, LDPE, PP. We have different models of the agglomerator with different output(capacity). Construction Detail VESSEL Inside made from stainless steel – thick plate and out side jacketed by mildsteel of thick plates. Jacketed construction provided for heating or for cooling with suitable media. Material discharge opening near bottom with air operated. Vessel is made in two parts for easy cleaning & maintenance. Vessel consist of fixed cutting & rotating knives. CUTTING KNIVES   Highly precise knives made from fully hardened material and dully grinded. Knives are easy to replace with a minimum down time.     BEARING HOUSING Bearing housing fitted on steel plates with leak proof arrangment with heavy duty bearings, with water cooling and greasing arrangements. MR Fillament cutter is used for POY, Wiry, fish nets & garment fiber, etc. It is a continuous cutting process in which material traveled through conveyor to cutting chambers and is cut in required size, suitable for further process.  Online grider is provided for sharping of blades which reduces the sharping time and minimizes the machine shut down time.  M/c is made up of heavy duty mild steel fabricated structure. Steel and harden rubber roller are provided to guiding and smooth movements of material to cutting chamber. Cutting chamber consist of rotating blade which are made up of harden material. A/C frequency drives are provided for adjusting the cutting size.

Capacity : 5 to 1500 liters Inside made from Stainless Steel - 304 grade of thick plate and out side jacketed by mildSteel of thick plates. Jacketed construction provided for heating or for cooling with suitable media.
