Description & History: Our product is actually a short biennial or a perennial herb, which grows up to a height of 1 meter (approximately 3 feet). It also includes large and hairy leaves and contains small bluish-purple flowers. Its name is derived from the Latin word for a very clear - probably as this herb was used once to clear mucous from the eyes. During the sixteenth century, this herb was utilized in England for the purpose of brewing and it can be also utilized as a replacement for hops.
