We offer a complete product range of Fully Immersed Barrels
IB25, and IB50 all have a capacity of 25 and 50 Kg rspy. They have an integral assembly with tank, worm and half gear attachment (for loading and unloading ) and AC motor with reduction gear.
The barrel rotates at a set rpm in the tank , While the tanks are internally lined with PP, option are available with unlined as well as PVC lined tanks. The immersed barrels are the most productive machines in an electroplating shop as for as fasteners and other small sized large volume components are concerned. These give the maximum production per effective manhour in a plating shop.
