CONSTRUCTIONAL AND SALIENT FEATURES
 
  • Outer wall made of Stainless Steel (SS-430) and inner chamber is made up of Stainless Steel (SS-304 grade).
  • The unit is insulated with PUF for minimal thermal losses.
  • It requires plain tap water connection.
  • Ice flakes coming out from the crushing assembly only within 25 minutes and are collected in a collecting bin for ready use.
  • Continuous availability of Ice Flakes till the machine is on.
  • Unit gets automatically cut off when the collecting bin is full of ice flakes thereby saving the power consumption.
  • Collecting bin is fully insulated with 'PUF' which prevents melting of ice flakes.
  • Indigenously designed and manufactured unit with INDIAN components which are readily available for replacement.
  • Well balanced refrigeration system with hermetic sealed compressor, condenser, fan motor assembly & NON-CFC refrigerant gas to cool the crusher assembly for producing ice.
  • Crusher assembly is made of Stainless Steel and is driven by heavy duty induction motor coupled to reduction gear.
  • Crusher assembly is supplied with water from in-built water collecting tank, which is fitted with a float valve for regulating water supply.
  • Drain at the bottom of the collecting tank is also provided.
  • CFC FREE ECO-FRIENDLY COMPRESSOR.
