Dust extractor is used for controlling dust generated during tablet compression, tablet de-dusting, granulation & other processes. It avoids product crosscontamination. The machine works on the vibratory principle. It is used to remove fine surface dust and edges from the tablet in two stages. In the first stage, the tablets collected from the tablet press onto the bottom screen vibrate around the perforated plate while ascending upwards by approximately 3 meters. In the 2nd stage the tablet is turned over and it ascends against perforated plate by approximately 3 meters. This results in the effective removal of dust and burrs present on the tablet. COLLOID MILL is suitable for homogenizing emulsifying dispersing, mixing, comminuting of liquids to highly viscous products. It is based on rotor stator principle, It is avail OPERATIONS:- Product is feed to the operating areas of a rotor, having a speed of 3000 R.P.M by specially designed feed device. The product is processed by high sheer, pressure and friction between the stator and rotor , the angular gap becomes narrower towards the discharges section.
