We extract oils in Indian Traditional Bull Driven process, where the oil doesn't gets heated because the bull rotates only 3 rounds per minute(RPM), at this point the nutritional values are safe , we don't add preservatives(we keep the extracted oil in natural sun light for three days to evaporate the moisture) we don't add chemicals, hence the oil is safe for cooking, consuming and for external application as well.
