We are testing each lot through our MPI testing for external surface defects and through Ultrasonic testing for sub-surface defects to ensure quality of our bar products. Our bright bars have always enabled us setting benchmarks for the industry.

We also pioneer into special drawn profiles in various shapes like flat bars, D-section, Round Corner Square, Double D-Section, Ellipse Sections, Half Round Sections, Groove Bars, I-shape bars and many more customized shapes.

Regardless of being standard or custom made, we produce special profiles made of premium steel and achieve the complex precision requirements. We develop profiles as per the specific drawings/designs of custo9mers and within a range of dimensional tolerances.

We have full grinding and peeling lines to provide our customer with the best quality assortment of Peeled bars & Ground bars, We can supply the best silvery bright surface finish, diameter tolerance and perfect straightness from various operations, including centre-less grinding.

Our peeled & ground bars are 100% inspected for external perfection through specialized instruments and human inspection; whereas the internal defects are detected through MPI testing and ultrasonic inspection. We make our products free from external/internal defects.

To make sure that the materials' surface does not get tempered, we use safest packaging of the bars.
