- After hot cambering on the cambering press, the hot leaves are pushed into quinching oil tank and are cooled down on conveyors to room temperature. These leaves are then cooled in open air to give required hardness to the leaves

It is also fitted with an alarm which will sound if the temperature crosses 80o C or as preset on the thermocouple. The flash point of the quenching oil is 130o C hence, to avoid fire, it is essential that the temperature is maintained below 100o C. The optimum temperature for getting good results for hardening is 60o C to 70o C

Paddy Cleaner: This unit has an oscillating Screen and a Centrifugal Blower. All impurities like stones, paddy stalks, dust, dead paddy, etc. are effectively separated. The clean paddy is then conveyed to the main machine through a bucket elevator.
Main Machine: The main machine has two rubber rolls rotating in opposite direction at different speeds. Paddy is husked between these rolls. A blower fan separates brown rice from husk. The brown rice is then passed to the polishing chamber. This chamber has a specially designed hollow polishing roller with screen casing. Brown rice is polished by frictional action among the grains.
Air is injected through the roller, which helps in the removal of bran and in the cooling of the grain. An aspirator and a cyclone arrangement is also provided for collection of rice bran.

- The sifting machine is ideal for fast economical sieving of flour for bakeries, chemical and related products and Pharmaceutical plants.
- The machine airs and sieves the flour

- A rotating feeder throws the flour into a horizontal conveying system to a vertical conveying screw
- The sifting drum loosens the flour which is then fed into the mixing bowl

Function:
- The Decorticator shells the groundnut (or separates the sunflower seeds)
- The husk from the Decorticator and other waste wood is used to fuel the Boiler that produces the steam required for the cooking kettle
- The Kernels or Oil Seeds from the Decorticator are cooked in the Steam Kettle
- The Expeller crushes the cooked Oil Seeds and produces Oil and Cake
- Filter Pump supplies the extracted oil to the filter press
