We invariably use natural Goat Hide Leather. We neither raise the goat nor butcher them. We procure natural leather from villagers who receive the goat skin as a by-product for the meat consumption market in that area. The raw animal leather is processed in villages of Western Rajasthan as Kutir Udyog. We believe in enriching the lives of countless skilled artisans, No chemical is used either in cleaning, processing, finishing or polishing of the product. All leather is pulled with edible vegetable oil. Therefore, all products are eco-friendly and bio-degradable. This process of vegetable oil tanning is a bit more time consuming but we take pride in not polluting the environment. Unfortunately, leather industry worldwide is a serious threat to the environment. But we stick to eco-friendly ways and staying away from harmful chemicals. We get manufactured these elegant handmade items from local artisans spread across all corners of Rajasthan.
The product is not “perfect” as compared to factory made stuff. But it is the imperfections that make the product look actually “perfect” to the discerning eyes. This is the main reason for attraction of these products in US and European market. We provide you the pleasure of personal experience by having your own genuine leather product. All products can be customized as per buyer’s requirements. All range offered by us is available in plain, glossy and matte finish. Before and after final production, all the components are seasoned for lifetime performance of the product. All products are conditioned at the end of the manufacturing process to make them ageless. All the fittings and fixtures used in products are of pure brass.
To maintain the natural oil in the leather and to keep it soft and supple, we suggest to apply a good leather conditioner periodically to maintain the finish. To remove any surface dirt, simply wipe the leather with a soft damp cloth.
