Our Ramming Mass is a product of super snow white silica crystalline quartz having silica above 99% and manufactured under strict quality control .Proper check is exercised on magnetic process to assure iron free acidic ramming mass. Mixing of various quartz grains sizes in the exact proportion suitable for small, medium and large sizes of induction furnaces. It is suitable with high temperature up to 1750`c.
Chemical composition:
Silica (Sio2) - 99.5%
Alumina (Al203) - 0.04%
Ferric oxide (Fe203) - 0.04%
Potassium oxide (K20) - nill
The Typical Granulometric Composition of commercial silica ramming mass is given below for 5 to 50 Ton furnace .
28 to 34 heat gaurenty.
