The high linear velocity (generated at the high speed rotating rotor of the High-shear Homogenizing Emulsifier) and strong kinetic energy (generated by the high frequency mechanical effect) put the materials under comprehensive action such as strong shearing, centrifugal extrusion, hydraulic friction, crash etc between the precision gap of the stator and rotor. As the result, the solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase which is insoluble at beginning will prompt evenly dispersed and emulsified after adopting mature production processing and proper quantity additives.

The pellets & crumbs are usually screened to separate fines & over size particles before final packing. For removing fines only, we require single deck screener. For removing both the over size & fines, we need double deck screener. Our screeners are fitted with separate frames over which wire mesh is clamped and are designed for quick change of different mesh screens.

A Carbide Tipped Dead Center is a conical tip(60 degrees) fitted in the steel shank by means of brazing. Carbide tipped dead centers are used where the workpiece has a high hardness or for mass production components. As Carbide has high wear resistance quality, it lowers machine down time. We manufacture standard, special(custome made) centers, Bull nose Centers, Half dead centers, Straight shank & taper shank (Upto MT-6) carbide tipped dead centers.

These tips are used for manufacturing Roller Grooving Tools in Sugar Industries. These tools form    grooves on Sugarcane crushing Roller. We supply Tips of 8 to 10 mm in thickness & with 30 0  to 60 0  angle for grooving.
