    We manufacture Super absorbent polymer for agricultural application under name SUJALAM and for Hygiene application under name SAPCEL-HYGIENE.   Sodium or Potassium base Polyacrylate result in increasing the alkanity of soil, whereas ours is organic material derived from plant bio-polymers.  It doesn't affect soil quality nor contaminate ground water.     We wish to inform you that there is increased awareness about environmental problems generated by synthetic SAP (Acrylate based).  In some states it has been made mandatory to use SAP of organic nature (derived from natural polymers) in Hygiene products like sanitary pads as well as in agricultural application.         We are pioneers in the field of manufacturing natural polymer based SAP.        Our product is equivalent to Pusa although competitive in price.

Having Microcrystalline Cellulose. Ambicel MBC is water insoluble hydrocolloid. It has got excellent dispersibility in water. Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose is co-processed with partially depolymerized highly purified cellulose to make Ambicel MBC. Incorporation of Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose in the microfibrils of Microcrystalline Cellulose before drying prevents bonding of microfibrils during drying. This action of Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) makes Ambicel MBC higly dispersible Gel forming cellulose. After stirring in water Ambicel MBC forms either colloidal sol or white opaque gel, depending upon concentration. Individual microfibrils of cellulose get separated when dispersed in water and forms gel or colloidal dispersions. In water, with shear, Ambicel MBC forms a three-dimensional matrix comprised of millions of insoluble microcrystals that form a stable, thixotropic gel.

Offering Low Substituted Carmellose Sodium. MYLCEL is a new addition in the excipients manufactured by Maple biotech Pvt. Ltd. It is low substituted Sodium salt of Carboxymethylcellulose. Having Calcium Carboxymethylcellulose. Importance of bio-availability and fast disintegration of pharmaceutical tablet is realized and awarness for super-disintegrants in pharmaceutical tablet formulation has also increased. Superdisintegrant viz. Sodium Starch Glycollate was also introduced by Maple Biotech Pvt Ltd. in year 1991, which was appreciated in quality and performance by pharmaceutical industry . Although quest for superior quality superdisintegrant was not over . Superdisintegrant with better stability and superior performance at high tablet hardness level was sought and Maple Biotech's R & D department developed the product Crosslinked Sodium Carboxy Methyl Cellulose which is bearing brand name Cel-Ca-Dissol. Further taking into consideration the requirement for faster dissolution aid for tablets containing ingredients having poor solubility, Calcium Carboxymethylcellulose (Carmellose Calcium) was introduced. Properties : Carmellose Calcium is white or creamish white in colour and chemically it is Calcium salt of Carboxy Methyl Cellulose with very high degree of purity . Very hard tablets where other superdisintegrants do not perform well Carmellose Calcium performs very much satisfactorily. Quantity to be used in pharmaceutical formulation is very less. Carmellose Calcium helps in dissolution of drugs having poor solubility

At present company is manufacturing Cellulose Fiber under brand name " CELLUFLOCK " for plastics, rubber, filtration, welding electrodes, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industry & paint industry along with Carboxy Methyl Starch, which is manufactured under brand name "CARMAMYL" to cater the need of textile, detergent, paper, welding electrodes, paint, insecticides, pesticides, oil well drilling industry. CELLU-FLOCK is manufactured by chemical treatment of very high quality wood pulp followed by some other mechanical treatments. PROPERTIES OF CELLU-FLOCK 1] PURITY : Cellu-flock, Cellulose Fiber is prepared from high purity pulp. They contain extremely little amount of impurities and almost no ash is left after its combustion. 2] ABSORBING PROPERTY : Cellu-flock is negatively charged in water.
