Our Chocolate Making Classes are conducted for the preparation of hard and soft centered chocolates, chocolate based snacks and deserts, Ganache based chocolates. Chocolate Making

• Classes include 20-25 types of hard & soft centered chocolates
• Chocolates based snacks & desserts
• Ganache based chocolates
• High-end chocolates like choco-pie, ferrero rocher
• The duration of chocolate making course for 6 hours
• Fee : Rs 4000
• 30 minutes break for refreshments provided by the institute
• Timings 11 To 5
• MAPP chocolate classes though taken in a day enables student to start their own chocolate supplies and business from comfort of their home
• All the material is included in the course fee
• Type' s recipe booklets are given to all students
• This is a weekend course, It is always held on a Saturday

• 10 - 12 types of liquor filled chocolates
• Mock tail filled chocolates
• Cocktail filled chocolates
• The duration of Liquor chocolate course for 6 hours
• Fee : Rs 4,000
• This is also a weekend course. It is always held on a Saturday

Decoration & Presentation Course

• Those who only want to attend the chocolate decoration & presentation, have to pay Rs. 3500

Admission Procedure

• Since, training in the chocolate making field does not need any formal education as such; our admission procedure is very simple.
• Each student needs to fill an enrollment form and submit it along with 1 passport size photograph and the fee.
