Bag and jumbo bag of pvc resin / caco3 by crane, hoist and fork lift. vacuum conveying system (for major components) :to convey the material from material dumping station to vacuum silo which is mounted on top of the lid of high speed heater mixer. weighing system (for major components) :to weigh the required quantity of material raw material like pvc resin, caco3, other powder material accurately those come from feeding system through vacuum to feed in to high speed heater mixer. conveying system (for minor components) :to convey minor components from material storage hopper to weighing silo by screw type feeding driven by geared motor. weighing system (for minor components) :to weigh the required quantity of minor components like stabilizer, tio2, one pack etc accurately to feed in the high speed heater mixer. liquid metering system : to convey the low viscous liquids like dop, dbp, cpw, soya oil etc from liquid storage tank to mixer by volumetrically. Also load cell base liquid weighing system is available (gravimetrically). anti dusting system / de gassing system:to remove the odor, moisture, dust while mixing in heater mixer and cooler mixer feeding / discharging. pressure conveying system :to feed the dry blend / powder material in to silo. storage silo :to store the raw material like pvc resin, calcium carbonate, pvc dry blend/compound other powder material. hopper loader vacuum conveying system :to convey dry blend / powder from storage silo / bin to extruder hopper. The system is mounted on top of extruder hopper. automation with plc / scada system : the complete systems run on plc (programmable logic controller) with various safety and process interlocks. Scada software you can get the data for a day/week/month like how much material consumed, batch recipe, printing etc. Also you can monitor the complete system on computer screen.
