Mars Forge produces forgings for High Pressure forged fittings and flanges to meet the stringent quality requirements of the Oil & Gas industry.We make Tees, Crosses, Long Sweep Elbow and 180 Elbowsand API Flange forgings availble in Carbon Steel, High Yield Carbon Steel ( F60, F65 ), Alloy Steel , SS410.
We produce variety of wing nuts in pressure rating upto 15, 000PSI. We also produce crosses and tees. Parts for various chokesare also available. We handle material like A105, SAE 4130, SAE 4140, LF2, F6A, F65, F316L, F304L, etc.
We also keep in stock forgings for casing hangers. Slip bowlforgings in sizes of 11 x 41/2", 11 x 7 1/2", 13 5/8" x 8 5/8", 13 5/8" x 95/8", 16 3/4" x 9 5/8", 21 1/4" x 10 3/4 .Slip bowls are in SAE1020material. We also keep on stock base plate in sizes of 11" x 41/2", 11" x 7", 13" x 9" & 21. This forgings are in SAE 4140 , 110K psiminimum yield.Forgings for choke body, valve body or any close die forging tosingle piece weight upto 500 lbs can be supplied.We produce variety of wing nuts in pressure rating upto 15, 000PSI.
