To remove Calcium and Magnesium salts from the water
To remove micro impurities from water
RO system to remove dissolvable impurities and bring down the TDS ( Total dissolvable solids )from water by the process of OSMOSIS
To kill the microbiological growth from the RO water with the help of UV light
To add ozone to the RO water and improve its taste

For products individuation and competitiveness, the container needs various shape and labels. The automatic hot melt glue labeling machine fits various labeling product. The container is fed to carousel , The container is held top and bottom in the carousel during the label application process. The labeling is controlled by a continuous/automatic correcting system. The labeling is cut onto a drum provided with rotating blade and static blade which is simple and reliable to supply a correct cutting. The hot melt is spread on one edge of the labeling and the overlap on vacuum drum. The labeling process is complete in the labeling station in a short time

Functions of 5 Gallon Filling Machine:
1. High safety operation: automatic break protection for power leakage and short circuit;2. Under-pressure protection: when the pressure of incoming air is 0.5MPa, the filling equipment will automatically stop;3. Water-shortage protection: when the level of the water tank is lower than that of the liquid switch, the 5 gallon filling machine will stop working automatically.

Lubricating oil after prolonged use in the engines crankcase gets degraded due to oxidation, presence of water, carbon particles, oxidation sludge etc. This oil, if not replace, will cause failure of the engine. The disposal of used oil is a major environmental problem unless it is processed safely as the indiscriminate disposal will cause pollution to water bodies and land fillings.
The proposal is to manufacture petroleum lubricant oils and other petroleum based products, from waste / used oils and manufacture of lubricants to the specification required to satisfy the International specifications.
