Flow Diverters are used normally to divert flow of Bulk Materials from one outlet point to multiple inlet points of downstream equipment. These are available with options for operations by Hand Pneumatic Cylinder or Motorized Actuators. Accessories like Inspection Windows, Chain and Wheel unit, Abrasive Resistant Liner. Freight Elevators are used to elevate or lower Unit Goods, Packages, Drums, Containers, In-Process Inventories vertically between various floor levels in industries.

Bucket Elevators are used in industry to elevate bulk material to desired levels. The typical Bucket Elevator consists of a series of Buckets mounted on a chain or belt operating over head and boot terminals. A steel casing usually encloses the bucket line.

Bulk Bag Filler provides a safe, dust free & convenient way to handle and filling of Bulk Bags. It is available in several configurations to accommodate different sizes of bags. Bulk Bag Filler is controlled by Bulk Bag Controller and can be integrated with peripherals like Pallet Conveyor, Pallet Dispenser in downstream line and different feeding equipment in up stream line like Belt Feeder fitted with VVVF Drive, Screw Feeder cw Main & Metering Screw with VVVF Drive, Load Cell based Hopper etc.

Bulk Bag Unloaders are used to discharge wide variety of dry Bulk Materials like powders, granules, crystals flakes & pellets. Bulk Bags (Flexible Intermediate Bulk containers) with or without inner liners of capacities 250 2000 Kg in either Volumetric or Gravimetric modes.

Due to its modular design various Bag heights and several optional accessories and ergonomic controls are available for retrofitting on the same machine. Drum Tipplers are used for discharging standard Drums of M.S, Plastic construction containing fine powder or Bulk Material. Unloading is done automatically by remote operation in a controlled manner in such a way that spillage of the powdered material in air can be kept at a very minimum level. The mechanism comprises of a Main Frame, Sliding Unit, Discharge Cone, Roller Conveyor, and Chute. Drum Tippler has a Manual Toggle Latch for the safety of drum holding. Manual hydraulic locking arrangement for sealing the Discharge Spout on the top of Drum. One multistage Geared Motor drive with self-locking is provided for tippling the drum.

Drum opening is clamped by a chute, having rubber seals in one side and one Slide Gate valve in flanged construction in the other side. The Chute has provision for external installation of Vibrator (Electric or Pneumatic) for dumping the powder in case of choking. Inside grating is also provided for bag retaining. The unit has Control Panel for operations such as Forward and Reverse Movements for controlling of the unloading of drums. Geared Motor drive unit and Limit Switches for interlocking, ONOFF as well as emergency stop of the Equipment.

Bin vent filters are used on the top of storage hoppers, bins, and silos for venting during refill and unloading. Airborne dust particles are arrested by the media during venting. Units are available with optional features & provisions for:

Dust filtration is based on elimination of extremely small solid particles from a certain quantity of air. This is achieved through use of a filter made from fabric or non-woven spun-bonded materials which allows air to pass through but is able to withhold the dust particles. To avoid clogging, the filter medium must be cleaned at regular intervals.

The polygonal range includes versions with weather protection cover without fan, as well as models with suction fan or a coupling for the connection with an existing fan. The filter media are cleaned either by mechanical vibration, as in the case of the FV filter model, or by a compressed air jet. Depending on the type of dust and the application of the unit, polygonal filters are equipped with pockets, elliptical bags, cylindrical bags, cartridges, or with innovative POLYPLEAT elements which offer the most favorable filter surface to volume ratio.

Based on the set points the Feeding Equipment ( like Screw Feeder or Vibratory Feeder ) will refill in Bulk and Dribble mode under repeatable Gravimetric Accuracy.

Microprocessor based Logic Controller which can be used for either Bulk Bag Filling or Discharging by selecting the mode of operation. Several Time and Weight based functions with interlocks are available for reliable and automatic operation. Optional Controls have Bag Spout Sealing, Bag Inflation. Microprocessor based Logic Controller that can be used for Chain Conveyor, Belt Conveyor, Screw Conveyor, Bucket Elevator, and Flexible Screw Conveyor by selecting the respective mode of operation. Several standard faults of the different type of Conveyor are alpha-numerically displayed, with digital output for Alarm and Trip controls. Such controls safeguard the Equipment from consequential damages due to common faults like Over Current, Belt Sway, Under Speed, Chain elongation etc. Local and Remote operations with RS 232 ports connectivity are available.

Air Cannons are used to break Bridge Formation inside Hoppers containing Bulk Materials. Wet, fibrous, varying particle size and shapes of materials inside Hoppers causes flow related problems. Single or multiple Air Cannons are used with cyclic timer or PLC units to create short blasts of pressurized air at adjustable intervals. Additional vibrators on the body of the Bins assist further flow of materials.

Unbalanced Electric Motorized Vibrators have adjustable Eccentric Weights mounted on the shafts to produce impact forces of adjustable magnitude. Special oversize Bearings and reinforced construction of the Housing allows continuous operation for industrial applications. Various speeds from 720RPM to 2880RPM are available. Controls for variable speed and amplitude are also available. General applications are Storage Bin Hoppers Chutes, Packing Tables, Foundry etc. for handling Bulk Materials. Special applications include Electroplating, Testing of parts like Radiators, Feeding Equipment etc. Wide range of mounting accessories and quick mounting clamps are available according to various applications.

Container Scale Hoppers are used for weighing multiple ingredients, for different kinds of Bulk Materials through a Recipe Controller or Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).

The Equipment is similar to Batch Weigher, but is provided with additional inlet ports for multiple Ingredients. The top cover is usually sealed by a Flex Connector along the perimeter of the container. The inlet flanges on the cover are rigidly connected to the Feeders (Screw or Belt) valves under the Storage Hoppers.

The outlet valve is closed and empty. Weight of the Container is automatically turned off. Various materials are discharged by the Feeders or Valves in Bulk or Dribble modes, as preset in the logic of the Microprocessor Based Controller. Systems with high repeatable accuracy with optional Automatic Calibration System and Control Documentation features are available.

Microprocessor based feeding arrangement. The Weighing Bin is placed on Load cells. Different materials from different feeding equipment can be fed into the Bin. As the material is gradually accumulated, continuous gain in weight of the Weighing Bin is monitored through a Feedback Loop. Accordingly, Start Stop Control of these different Feeding Equipment is maintained by Recipe Controls to match a Target Batch Weight. This Gravimetric Feeding System is applied basically in a Batching Plant where various materials are required to be mixed in a preset proportion to prepare a batch.

Electro-Mechanical Transducer. When a Force (Load) is applied on it, the Load Cell transforms the corresponding change in its Mechanical Strain into an Electric Voltage. As the Strain changes due to variation of load, this analog output also changes accordingly. A Display Control Unit is coupled with the Load cells and suitably calibrated in such a way that it receives the voltage outputs and displays the corresponding Loads in mechanical units.

Microprocessor-based feeding arrangement. A Weighing Bin fitted with a regulated Feeding Device is placed on Load cells. Initially the Bin is fed with material. As the material is gradually dispensed, continuous loss in weight of the Weighing Bin is monitored through a Feedback Loop. Accordingly a Gravimetric Continuous Linear Adjustment of feed rate is maintained to match a Target Feed Rate along with a Volumetric Re-Filling of the Bin. This Gravimetric Feeding System is applied where continuous and precise Feed Rate is required like minor ingredient feeding of a Batching Plant or Color, Flavor, Perfume dosing applications, etc.

Manual Slide Gate is used to control flow of bulk material, simple rugged M.S. or S.S. fabricated construction. Ends flanged for fitment with standard feeder or hopper ends. Slide plate travels over life lubricated sealed bearings on steel guides. Double start heat treated C-40 drive spindles, Bronze nut located on the slide plate. The slide gates can be operated manually by hand wheel, or chain sprocket. Drives with geared motors or pneumatic cylinders can also be optionally provided.

Pneumatic Slide Gate has S.S Flanged Ends for bolted Construction. Slide Plate mounted over Engineering Plastic Guide Rollers. Double acting Pneumatic Cylinder end cushioned. Flow control Valve, Silencer, Pneumatic Fitting (Field Connection excluded). Air Requirement 1.0 CFM at approximately 5-6 Bar. Solenoid Valves 24 VDC Control Supply.

Photo Electric Switches are used for Motion Control Automation in conveying unit goods like Boxes, Cartoons, Bottles, and Containers etc. Levels of Bulk Materials are often sensed by such switches.
