In Construction Industry sand is a very Important aggregate, but raw sand Is having  impurities like, clay, slit, alkalis, etc. BENEFITS OF "READY MIX MORTAR"  By using moden techniques we introduce "READY MIX MORTAR" which is free  form all impurities  The further benefits of "READY MIX MORTAR" are as follows:  Excellent and uniform quality of sand.  Prepacked mortar to ensure consistent quality.  Prepacked mortar hence no wastage at site.  Added special polypropylene fibers & chemicals to improve property of mortar.  It helps to minimize plastic shrinkage crack of plaster.  Better work ability, increases workmanship of a mason.  It saves time of mason increasing workmanship.  It is best for masonry work and plastering. USE OF "READY MIX MORTAR"  1 bag of ready mix mortar+ water — 14% to 20% (by weight), its depends on surface either RCC or masonry.  Optimum thickness of plaster in AAC block @12mm, and on brick is @18mm should be maintained for best result.  Packaging available in 50 kg laminated P.P bag.

How to Use The surface should be cleaned and free from dirt and oil before using “TILE MALTA” The surface must be plumb before application of “TILE MALTA” adhesive. Mixing Take 25kg Bag of “TILE MALTA’ and add water 4.75 liter (@19%) and mix for minimum 3 minutes. Till  homogeneous paste is obtained. Hand mixing is recommended for small quantities only. Mix as much quantity which can be used within 30 minutes. Tiling “TILE MALTA’ Paste is used in 3-6 mm thickness comb with notched trowel. Keep joints between two tiles using spacers. Start placing the tiles on the surface at tube tiled. Take the tile properlyto sure complete overage of the back side of tile and to eliminate the possibility of any air voids. Start filling joints only after 24hrs. Technical Detail A ppearance — Powder + Color — Grey + Water/Powder Ratio — 1:3 * Pot life — 90 min. * Hard Dry — 24 hrs. Coverage 6-7 m7/3 m.m thickness. Precaution and Limitation For laying tiles on floor surface should be sufficiently hard and good condition. * Don't add excess water than  recommended. + Always add powder to water and never add water to powder. * Never add cement and sand at site. * Itis advisable not to use on gypsum plaster, paint, wood and metal.

HOW TO USE In Block masonry:- 3-4 mm thickness maintained in vertical & horizontal surface and In Brick work:-12 — 18 mm thickness should be maintained vertical & horizontal surface keeping continues  check for the line and level. ‘THE BENEFITS OF “UNIFIX” -  Special kind of chemicals and minerals are use for strong and long lasting joints.  Low water absorption ensures water retention to eliminate problems of seepage.  Prepacked mortar to ensure consistency at site.  Prepacked mortar to reduce wastage and to maintain cleanliness at site.  Row sand is having impurities like silt, clay, alkali etc. While UNIFIX is silt, clay and alkali free to ensure  better quality.  Better work ability increases workmanship of a mason.  Water curing is not required after application.  “UNIFIX” reduces dead weight of a wall which is recommended by ‘Disaster Management’. COVERAGE  “UNIFIX” Gives coverage in A.A.C Block of approx. 130-140 sqf. With avg. thickness 3-4 mm. And block  size 625 x 240 x 100 mm. The coverage area however will depend upon the quality and evenness of the substrate thickness of joints and size of masonry units.
