These mechanical convection ovens feature a double-walled chamber with glass wool and polyurethane foam (PUF) insulation. PUF insulation offers extremely effective and strong insulation properties that minimize heat loss and reduce energy costs. Stainless steel tubular heaters with stainless steel fins extend the ovens lifetime. Choose models with either mild steel powder-coated paint or stainless steel exterior construction. Outer metal door offers magnetic gasket and lock, and a full-length inner glass door allows inspection of oven chamber while minimizing heat loss.

These mechanical convection ovens heat up to a maximum temperature of 275C to save you valuable time in drying and aging applications. All models have a PID microprocessor controller that is easy to set and monitor making them perfect for a variety of uses in which precise control and good uniformity are important. Safety features include a built-in backup controller and a circuit breaker. Backup controller automatically takes over the control if the actual temperature reaches 5C above the set point. The circuit breaker protects the oven from power surges. The alarm indicator lets you know when the overtemperature value has been exceeded and the backup controller is in use.
