We manufacture Electromagnetic Bin Vibrators that works on the principle of electromagnetism. A coil carrying conductor is powered using half wave current. This is used to create vibration. The unit is tuned for resonance and draws very little power and hence very efficient. The vibration can be varied using a variac or electronic controller that is designed and supplied by us. Inline Magnetic Separator and Cross Belt Magnetic Separator are self-cleaning magnetic separators that consists of a electromagnet with a moving belt conveyor around it. Functionally it is the same as the suspension magnet except in this case the tramp iron ferrous particles are separated and simultaneously knocked off from the magnet and the conveyor line. Hence it is generally called the Self Cleaning Magnet. No man power is required during the operation of the magnet and after the magnet has been operated. This magnet can be floor mounted or suspended as per the requirements of the client. The lifting capacity of an electro clinging magnet is shown in the video below. The rated power of this magnet is 350 W and it can lift up to 1.8 tonnes of weight. In the video the clinging magnet is tested to lift 1350 kg.
