The McRAYGOR's Mobile Oil Spill Unit (Mc MOSRU ) is Vehicle Mounted Suction Unit that is used to create a vacuum for syphoning out oil, water, grit, liquid hydrocarbons etc. from slope tanks and leaking pipelines besides various others. The unit shall be capable of syphoning out material from a depth of 9 meters. The unit shall be such that 1 driver assisted by two helpers shall be adequate for all operations of the unit.
The above equipment shall be mounted on chassis like TATA / ASHOK Leyland / MAHINDRA / Eicher or equivalent. Bidder shall furnish full details of vehicle chassis. The standard tools accessories and spares supplied with the chassis shall be handed over to the client at the time of delivery of the unit. The Bidder shall make arrangements for mounting equipment on the chassis according to the rules laid down by the Regional transport Office, and loads recommended by the chassis manufacturer on the front and rear axles.

The McRAYGOR SJSM is a vehicle mounted Combined High Pressure Jetting-cum suction (Vacuum) type Hydraulically Operated Sewer Cleaning Machine mounted on a truck Chassis for operation in sewer conduits of size ranging from 150mm to 900mm diameter and on manholes constructed thereon.
The McRAYGOR’s SSM is a vehicle mounted MOST POWERFULL suction unit capable of creating vacuum for sucking out dense waste/sludge like mud, slurry etc. from heavily silted sewer lines. The high performance exhauster can be operated in vacuum mode. This is then collected into the dump tank by operating the system in the suction mode.
The McRAYGOR's Gully Suction Emptier machine is a trailer mounted suction unit (Vacuum) Machine for operation in sewer conduits of size ranging from 150mm to 900mm dia meter and on manholes/gullys/sock-pits constructed thereon.
Suction (vacuum) pump : make mcraygor is capable of creating a maximum vacuum 80-95% and emptying the chambers from depth of approximately 7 to 9 meters. The vacuum pump will be provided with:a) injection air cooling system. b) incorporated automatic lubricating oil pump. c) incorporated 4-way valve. the unit will be dry, rotary sliding vane type and vanes made from asbestos free, spark proof material and shall be operating on the positive displacement principle without pulsation & without valves.
The dumper placer/ carrier vehicle (chassis and cab) shall be rugged and durable, shall incorporate the latest technological features. The truck chassis shall support hydraulically operated hoisting mechanism to load, offload and tip the twin containers of 2.5 cum capacity. The dumper placer shall comprise of two pairs of lift arms each actuated by double acting high pressure rams, manually operated tipping hooks, hydraulic ball & plate type stabilizers and hydraulic system duly mounted on truck chassis with cab & pto. Lifting arrangement shall be on the sides of the vehicle.

The McFOGGER™: Fog Cannon has been designed to tackle the problem of airborne dust particles generated by open mining activities, general demolition work and bulk material handling Fog Cannon has been shown to suppress up to 95% of airborne dust particles. The smaller units are ideal for suppressing dust where it is generated in high concentrations at easily defined point sources such as discharging onto stockpiles, discharging into ships, reclaiming from stockpiles, dumping, crushing and loading/unloading trucks. In this case the Fog Cannon is directed at the point source of dust and it rapidly suppresses the emitted dust before it can disperse. The larger units are where Fog Cannon are unique, as they are able to suppress general airborne open area dust through fogging the general area. The larger units are also capable of suppressing dust caused by high volume dust events such as blasting - and the long throw distance is usually necessary for this. Fog Cannons are also useful for dust suppression of stockpiles where their low water use is an advantage.
McRAYGOR manufactures Bulk Carriers – Truck Mounted and Trailer Mounted with capacities ranging from 10 Cu.M to 40 Cu.M. The equipment is a Truck Mounted Mobile Unit suitable for dislodging and removing obstructions and blockages from sewer lines by a High Pressure Water Jetting System.
The articulated booms are fabricated of light but stiff M.S. box selection. The Structure is fitted with wide pivot bushes and EN-9/S.S pins for booms as well as hydraulic cylinders. The whole assembly is mounted on heavy duty slewing bearing.
Hydraulic RAM: Hydraulic cylinders are of double acting having precision honed tubes and induction hardened, deep grounded, chrome plated EN-8 piston rods providing smooth operation, long steel life and resistance against corrosion.
Stabilizers:Two/four powerful double acting hydraulically operated stabilizers are provided with wide footprint to protect the vehicle from top up down. Over travel is provided in the stabilizers to level the vehicle on uneven ground. The stabilizers are fitted with swivel pads and are flush with chassis when retracted.
