The highly precise optical particle counter PC 400 measures particles from a size of 0.1 µm and is therefore suitable for monitoring of the compressed air quality class 1 (ISO 8573). The correct function the filtration elements mounted in the compressed air is monitored and possible filter perforations are recognized immediately. The compressed air flow through the particle counter is automatically supervised.

AMI 310 measures, records up to 500 campaigns of 20000 points a day on a SD card and can restaure on PC via USB until 6 simultaneous parameters according to the applications: Pressure, Temperature (Pt100 and thermocouple), Humidity, Air Quality ( CO CO2), Air Velocity and Airflow (vane probes and hotwire), Tachometry. Precise and friendly, AMI 310 have a big color display to simplify the navigation in menus. A Li-ion rechargeable battery (via sector or USB), gets an autonomy of 16 hours with the pressure module. All probes and modules of our new range are compatible with AMI 310 and are automatically recognized by the device (SMART 2014 system) AMI 310 can easily be transformed into micromanometer, thermo-hygrometer, co-meter or thermometer.

From recording of the measured data, indication on a big colour screen, alerting, storage up to remote read-out via webserver… this is all possible with DS 500. By means of the CS Soft Basic software alarms can be sent via SMS or e-mail. All measured values, measured curves and threshold exceedings are indicated. The curve progressions from the beginning of the measurement can be viewed by an easy slide of the finger. Dailyweeklymonthly reports with costs in € and counter reading in m³ for each consumption sensor are completing the sophisticated system concept. The big difference to odinary paperless chart recorders reveals in the easy initiation and in the evaluation of the measured data. All sensors are identified directly and powered by DS 500. Everything is matched and tuned.

If gases escape through leaks in piping systems (e.g. untight screwed connections, corrosions and so on) ultrasonic noises are generated. By means of LD 400 even the smallest leakages which cannot be heard by the human ear can be detected even from distances of several meters. LD 400 transforms the inaudible signals into a frequency which can be identified. By means of the comfortable sound-proof headset these noises can be realized even in extremely noisy environments.

THT47 is provided with a 160x120pxl IR sensor, which makes it the ideal choice for applications both in private and in industrial environments. The thermal camera is provided with external SDCard for saving images in jpg format and videos. Of course, you can also transfer via USB connection the data onto the PC.
