15th Century Arm Armor - 16 GaugeThis set of 15th Century Arm Armor is constructed from plates of 16 gauge steel and well-articulated to allow for very good freedom of movement. The armor is secured to the arms with adjustable brass buckles and leather straps. A large leather tab gives additional insulation from chafing to the upper arm and shoulder. The interior of the armor is blackened to give it some resistance to rust.
Our Chaotic Greaves are made from your choice of steel and finish and lined in leather for comfort.

The Coppergate Helmet was recovered during excavations in the ancient walled city of York in 1982. Dating from the 8th century, the Anglo-Saxon helmet is of great archeological importance. Crafted by Meerut Export in 14 gauge steel with a butted ring steel aventail, this reconstruction is fully wearable with a leather suspension and chinstrap. We also offer a wide selection of helmets and other protective clothing for the re-enactor.

The Horse Lord Helmet is constructed from 18 gauge steel and is edged and adorned in brass trim and etched design. The blackened interior has an adjustable leather suspension liner which can modify the fit of the helmet to the head. An adjustable chin strap with a brass buckle and a plume of horsehair complete the helmet.

The Houndskull Bascinet was popular in the late 14th. and early 15th Centuries. The pointed visor provided a deflecting surface for blows to the face and also improved ventilation. This style of helmet was typically worn with an Aventail and attachment points are provided in this version, which is based on a Milanese original. Crafted in 14 GA. steel, this helmet offers full head protection and is lined and ready for use specs will vary slightly from piece to piece.
Characterized by the fluted visor, popularized during the reign of the Emperor Maximilian (14941519), this style of helmet remained in vogue until the mid-16th Century. The visor hinges up and the side plates hinge out for access. Crafted in 16 GA steel, lined and ready for use. Specs will vary slightly from piece to piece.
Due to popular demand we've increased the size of the dome on this buckler to fit even the largest of armored gloves comfortably. In addition these new bucklers have a more historical straight handle. Meerut Export’s Bucklers have gained a well deserved reputation as being some of the toughest on the market for standing up to reenactment & combat use. Crafted in 16 gauge steel, all of our bucklers have rolled edges and riveted steel handles for years of hard use in the field. And they look good while doing it! Mainstays of the Viking era, Spangenhelms are characterized by their construction, whereby steel strips (spangen) are used to join the steel plates of the cap. For strength and safety, the cap of our reconstruction is virtually one-piece, comprised of two halves, welded together along a back to front centre line .Steel rivets are used to attach the overlying banding and 3mm. Straight nose-guard (nasal). Crafted in 16 gauge steel with full leather liner and chinstrap.
