Melow was established in 2011,By Mr.Arunkumar B (Chennai, India) as a small scale Business. Due to high commitment,quality and regular supply in the market made the company stand out from its competitors. Later on, in 2015, it got certified by Government of Tamil Nadu under SSI. Since its inception, the company has endeavoured to offer the best quality products to the domestic and international markets.
With over a years of presence in the nuts & spices industry, the company had restructured its business carefully with innovative techniques and technologies. We observe top quality standards and hygiene during the manufacturing and packing of our products. We get our raw materials direct from the farms. The spices are then grinder at a normal temperature so that its aroma is retained. The entire production process is completely automated with no human contact.

Automated Pre-cleaning facilities to remove dust, stalk, mud balls, big stones and foreign materials
Drying & Roasting of spices to reduce moisture and micro contamination and also to enhance flavour and aroma
Pulverising facilities to crush the spices in the machine in various stages into a fine powder.
Blending facilities for mixing products
Fumigation of products to avoid contamination of microbiological organisms
Elimination of all ferrous contamination in ground spices using magnets at all stages from cleaning to grinding spices.
Packaging:
Packaging plays a vital role in maintaining the freshness of spices.We use Air Tight Vacuum packing
system to prevent the nuts and spices from Oxidative spoilage.The package around a food allows the internal atmosphere to be retained so the food stays fresh and safe.To retain the moisture content of the food and to inhibit aerobic microbial growth.
