The Dumper Placer is aptly made to place garbage container from 2.5 m3 to 4.5 m3 capacity on mini truck or trolley. In case of high capacity containers like 7 m3 to 10 m3 normal truck can be used. Dumper Placer can be made to handle two containers at a time where loading & unloading of twin container is done from sides. Construction :It consists of stabilizer and lifting & lowering arms which are operated by hydraulic cylinders. For lifting and lowering, 4 chains on 2 arms are used whereas dumping is conducted by engaging additional 2 chains at lower pins while lowering. Vacuum Suction Machines

Vacuum Suction Machines
We provide Vacuum Suction Machines which are used for sucking excreta or sludge from cesspools and septic tanks. Tank capacity varies between 3000 to 6000 liters and it is mounted on a trolley or truck. Normal suction head is 5 m water column. For a trolley mounted tank, pump is driven by diesel engine. In case of truck mounted tank, PTO of truck gear box is used to supply power. At the time of emptying, pressure is generated inside the tank by the pump. The pump is with Blow Back Facility with a 4 way valve for pressure and vacuum selection. A 30 m long hose is provided for sucking the sludge. For discharge, a butterfly valve is provided at the bottom of the tank. We can also provide the unit with high pressure jetting pump to dislodge any jamming in the open ditch / drainage. The tank is divided in two parts, Fresh Water for jetting and empty tank to store sludge. When not is use, the Jetting hose (with suitable nozzle) is stored in the reeling drum. We Offer :

Elevated Work Platform (Skylift)
We manufacture high grade Elevated Work Platform (Skylift) which is used for maintaining electrical fittings at the elevated height. It is fabricated on 4 - wheel trolley which can be to towed by jeep or tractor. It can also be assembled on truck when fast movement is required. It comprises of an upper boom and a lower boom which is lowered and lifted by hydraulic cylinders. A high quality cage made out of the FRP which is insulated for 600 V is fitted at the top end of the upper boom.The boom assembly can rotate by 360by hydraulic motor to enable the electrician to position himself accurately. Further, it consists of two out riggers which protrude on both sides of the trolley or truck that ensures stability. A separate diesel engine is provided to power hydraulic system for Trolley Mounted Sky Lift whereas for Truck Mounted Sky Lift power is taken using PTO of the gear box. Manually operated direction control valves are mounted on block located on rotating support according to operators choice. We offer Twin Control also, one on platform and other on Cage. For Emergency, Manually Operated Hand Pump is also provided to bring the cage and Out Riggers to parking position. Lifting Capacity :
