MISPL has the best and the latest technology to manufacture Spring Steel Alloy Steel and Carbon Steel Flats and Rounds.

RAW MATERIAL :-
Best quality Billets, Rounds and Slabs in various national and international grades are being procured for use as raw material from RINL, Vishakapatnam, India ( VIZAG Steel).

MANUFACTURING FACILITIES :-

  • One 6.5 ft wide and 45 ft long Pusher type oil fired heating furnace with 4MThr capacity
  • One 8 five stand 3 Hi Rolling Mill for rolling Round Bars and Flats.
  • Roller Guides instead of friction guide.
  • One cooling bed 17.230 mtr long with facility for covered cooling system.
  • Three shearing machines for specified length cutting as per customer requirement.

    PROCESS ADVANTAGES :-

  • Good control on rolling and furnace temperatures.
  • Excellent quality rolls being used.
  • Facility to offer fixed length Flats.
  • Wide range of sizes for flats and rounds.
  • If required, product is marked with MI on the edges.

    DIMENSIONAL RANGE FOR FLATS :-

  • Width : 38 mm to 100 mm.
  • Thickness : 6 mm to 20 mm
  • Straightness : 3 mm mtr (max)
  • Length : Standard length 4 to 6 mtrs with 10% shorts down upto 1 mtr. OR as per customer requirement with +-50 mm tolerance.

    DIMENSIONAL RANGE FOR ROUNDS :-

  • Diameter : 6 mm to 36 mm.
  • Straightness : * For Rounds 3 mmmtr * For straightned bars- 1mmmtr.
  • Length : Standard length 4 to 6 mtrs with 10% shorts down upto 1 mtr. OR as per customer requirement with +-50 mm tolerance.
