Mist eliminator produced by MM Aqua are U V stabilised made out of virgin PVC in 3 different designs to meet following engineering application.
Mist eliminator is an implement separator designed for horizontal gas flow. It iscomposed of sine curve shaped flow contours assembled with phase separating chambers .
Our three types of mist eliminators are :-
PVC tube settlers for solid liquid separation in water and wastewater treatment plants:Named asTUBEdek, it is a very high efficiency solid-liquid separator. This is due to the fact that its shape is hexagonal-chevron type that has got highest efficiency of separation among all other shapes available i.e. square, rectangular or hexagonal. Its area of application includes primary and secondary settling in water as well as wastewater treatment plants with any type of secondary treatment. It is also being very successfully used along with anaerobic digesters, to control the outflow of sludge and enhance gas production.
Traditional sedimentation tanks or clarifiers are large structures , occupying much valuable space , are perceived as high investment cost items.
Attacking the very crux of this problem, MM Aquas TUBEdek is a PVC tube settler which offers enhancing capacity for settling of suspended solids in a fractional area.
Using Munters technology, TUBEdek provides the most economical way of improving clarifier performance. Its major application areas are municipal, industrial and wastewater treatment. TUBEdek can be installed within settling tanks (both existing & new).
TUBEdek settling media helps to reduce the amount of suspended solids in carrier fluids ; thus improving effluent quality ; which in turn improves the efficiency of existing plants. Moreover, with TUBEdek, new clarification tanks can be designed in smaller size vice-versa maintain the same performance level, at less cost. The use of TUBEdek leads to the formation of large settling areas and small sink paths.
The TUBEdek model, FS 41.50is easy to install in any shape of clarifier; its Hexagonal-Chevron shape is the most ideal for effective settling with or without coagulation or flocculation. High settling surface area (11 and 13m2/m3)leads to a very small clarifier size and the detention time requirement is also very low when compared to conventional clarifiers.

Process Principal:The waste water goes through the suspending media of MBBR reactor, form the biological membrane on the surface of the media gradually, with the action of the microbial on the biological membrane, the waste water is purified. The media can move freely in the reactor with the mixing of the water; for the aerobic reactor, the aeration will make the media move; for the anaerobic reactor, mechanic mixing will make the media move. Our MBBR media is new-developed media for the MBBR process, has better treatment effect compared to traditional
Excess biomass sloughs off from the media and is washed out of the process with the treated effluent.Several process combinations have been realized in upgrading activated sludge treatment plants. The existing tanks can be either retrofitted to MBBR tanks or they are preceded by a so-called roughing MBBR reactor. However, it is also possible to realize hybrid solutions using the bio film carriers in the existing tanks without any retrofitting.When a pure MBBR process is employed, a typical overall treatment design consists of pre-treatment (screening) followed by one or more MBBR tanks, where the degradation processes of soluble matter take place. The final stage of the treatment is normally the particle separation.

Rigid PVC sheets are suitable for manufacturing of Film fill media used in Cooling tower & water and waste water treatment pplications.
PVC sheets can be manufactured for specialised applications with special physical properties suitable for any process of manufacturing. All PVC sheets produced are tested in in-house laboratory to ensure quality.
The MM Aqua solid rectangle spray nozzle consists of a standard plastic body and a choice of four different plastic tabulators and orifice inserts. The result is four different water capacities. In order of increasing capacity, the nozzles are 1-A, 1-B, 1-C and 1-D.
The standard plastic used for manufacturing the nozzle body is suitable for service at temperatures up to 180 F. Each nozzle is supplied with silicone gasket, plastic tabulator and orifice, forming the nozzle assemble .
