This double spiced namkeen (Sev) was largely appreciated and liked by the people, it’s since then that the Ratlami Namkeen became famous around the globe for its unique taste and blend of spices. Every namkeen made by ‘Shri laduram ji’ had a peculiar unique taste to it, and so he was called the father of namkeens. The same namkeen was tried and experimented in several other cities and by scores of manufacturers, the outcome wasn’t as desired. This was because of the very crucial affect of the water and the air (environmental conditions) of Ratlam that the unique taste could only be manufactured at Ratlam. “Ratlami Zayka” thrives to give the same taste and quality to one and all. What we are The concept of “Ratlami Zayka” came from the very thought of Ratlami Namkeen being so popular yet the authenticity of the same was not there. Ratlami Namkeen is a name that brands sell, and there has been no brand that is originating from Ratlam with the Ratlami Namkeen so far.
