Tilting Type Isolators are of the vertical opening Single break, Tilting Post Type, for use on Single & three phase systems and are designed for sectionalising purposes and fot Isolation of associated apparatus.All Isolatorsare supplied complete with supporting bases, phase Coupling Square Rod, Connecting angle lever, operating Galvanised pipe, manual operating mechanism. The mechanism and operating lever are of the universal pattern & may be assembled for vertical or horizontal mounting. Provision is made for pad locking in the ON and OFF position and mechanical interlock may be fitted as and when required. All Switchlinks are arranged so that the phase units can be mounted independently and then finally coupled to-gather after adjustment for alignment have been completed.The connecting angle level is clamped to the phase coupling square rod in most convent position, either in between two switch links or outside the phase according to position of the operating handle.Tilting Type Isolators are having a fixed & moving contacts made of E.C.Grade copper and die cast fingers of phosphor bronze having a inheriting non-detoriating spring quality at high temp and corrosion proof. All ferrous parts are hot dip galvanised and non ferrous parts are heavily tin I silver plated to provide protection against corrosion. Contacts for heavy Current rating are silver plated.Switches up to and including 630 Amps.Rating are supplied with aluminum connector of 10mm dia bore. Other types and size of connector clamps can be supplied according to customer requirements.It is possible to provide earthing blade and contacts and also interlocks to suit customers special requirements. MBS Make : Air Break Switchs horizontal type (Rotating Type) switch are manufacturerd as per IS:9921 and are single break (Six Insulator) and double break (Nine insulator Type)and are manufactured with E.C. grade copper flatcopper pipe. Combined fuse units are manufactured with channel type D.O. and bracket type D.O. fuse.
