Our manufacturing facility is equipped with high precision injection molding machines including the all-electric Fanuc Roboshot, Milacron high-speed machines, and Shibaura general-purpose machines. We process both consumer and engineering polymers including PP, HDPE, LDPE, HIPS, PA6, PA66, PC, PC-ABS, PBT, POM (Delrin), ABS, PMMA, SAN, and TPE. Our processing range covers part weight from 0.5g to 450g (extended to 4kg with 775T network), thin wall molding from 0.35mm, and mold sizes of small to big. We have been directly exporting precision injection moulded components to USA, Australia, UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and New Zealand since 2017.
